I'm Sergio Freyre — a Warehouse and Distribution Center Manager and independent software founder based in the Los Angeles / Phoenix area. I've been running warehouse and distribution center operations since 2010 — 16 years managing teams of 25 to 50 people across daily ops, inventory, inbound and outbound shipping, and logistics.
I built AWOS because no existing warehouse management system fit how a real distribution center actually runs. It's live, used daily, and the most honest proof of what I do: I understand the operational problem before I write a single line of code.
I've since shipped 6 independent products across operations, loyalty, creative tools, fintech, gaming, and luxury brand — all bilingual English and Spanish, all production-ready, all built independently.
